New members are set to full featured, and have trouble inserting comments in a reply. We would like traditional to be the default and not have to tell each member how to change settings.How to change default from fully featured to traditional?
you as the owner cant change that default, it's 'default'. when members join, they can select one or the other but most don't know there's a choice. we send out a file about mail and the options and instructions of how to change it.
