How do i change default zoom level for firefox?

I just downloaded firefox and i have noticed that the page does not fully fit the screen on 100%, i zommed it in to my desired zoom level (so it fits the screen) and when i close it and re-open my home page it goes back to 100% so how do i change the default zoom level to what i want it as? Also i am using a windows 7 pc NOT a mac thanks.How do i change default zoom level for firefox?

It will reset your zoom to default or normal.
