How to change default font on vista email?

I am trying to change my default font on vista from times new roman to century gothic. I have managed to do so when typing a new email however when i click to reply to an email, the default is times new roman again. How can i fix this?



Just like to add this is for VISTA so its slightly different to hotmail/outlook in page set-up which is why im struggling.
