When I go to print something it automatically defaults to letter size but our printer only prints A4. Is it possible to change it to default to A4 permanently so we don't have to manually change it every time. How do I change default printing options for microsoft works version 4.5?
Try to change the Control Panel:
Start ---%26gt; Control Panel --%26gt; Printers and select the printer which you have to use as default printer, then change printer setting.
