How do i change default connection on nokia e71?

ok, i am in the uk and have just got a nokia e71, but whenever i open the browser it always connects to 3, therefore i always have to change the connection and have to type in my wep key everytime, can i change this or will i have to type in the wep key everytime?How do i change default connection on nokia e71?

To save your WEP key go 'Menu', then in to 'Connectivity', and then in to ' WLAN Wiz'.



Highlight your wireless connection and click the 'Options' button and then scroll down to 'Edit Access Point'. Go to 'WLAN Security Settings' and then 'WEP key settings' and enter your WEP Key where it says.



If you want to change the default connection, simply launch a web page and then when it's loaded click the 'Options' button (left key), go down to 'Settings', then in to 'General' and then in to 'Access Point'. \from there you can select 'User Defined' and select your wireless connection.



Just an extra note. If you try to access any of 3's services like My 3 or Planet 3 while using your home WLAN connection, you'll be presented with no pages or error pages because 3 will only know your a 3 customer if your connecting via a 3 IP address. So you would have to switch back to '3' if you want to check your mins %26amp; texts.
